We park free at the Grand Avenue Parking garage at East Grand and Pennsylvania Avenue.
We gather on the steps of the state Capitol on East Ninth at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 9, 2011.
We hike as a group along the Des Moines River to Union Park, ride the carousel, take a break, and hike back to the State Historical Building.
We turn in the money.
We celebrate a job well done with music and food.
We go home to celebrate our blessings.
